Just like last week Navy faces a 20 point deficit with 10 minutes to go. It doesn’t look like quarterback Ricky Dobbs has the same magic against Notre Dame as he did versus Temple as Navy failed to convert a 4th and 3 giving the ball back to the Irish on their own 40.
