Sophomore quarterback Ricky Dobbs comes off the bench for the Midshipmen, but gets similar results after Navy’s offense doesn’t gain a first down and punts.
Dobbs has a better arm than senior quarterback Jarod Bryant as he came from a high school team where he played in a traditional passing system. He will probably stay in the rest of the way and see if he can lead another comeback like last week when he brought the Midshipmen back from a 20 point deficit against Temple.
