		<description>Army&#039;s inability to score seems to indicate poor C4ISR integration on the squad. I&#039;m sure the contractors from SAIC on the sidelines are reworking their computer models as part of the $37 billion Future Offense System the team is using to coordinate this game. They have connected with a few passes, though, so at least something seems to be  working.</description>
