Personal Defence System LLP has come up with new self-defense device for women that includes a distracting strobe, a shrill alarm and blinding pepper spray. The Tornado straps to your arm, purse strap or brief bag so it can be worn just about anywhere. It can be deployed with a touch of a button. Pulling the Tornado from its case triggers the a strobe light and 128 decibel alarm. You point it at an attacker and fire the Insta-Freeze pepper spray with your thumb. It has a range of about 16 feet and will deliver 25, half-second sprays. The case features a small task light for working in the shadows. The handle is comes in multiple colors, including black, pink, blue, orange and yellow. The Tornado will retail for about $40.
