Jarrett Loftis, from Spartanburg, SC, memorizes “Reef Points” at Induction Day 2009 at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. Plebes must memorize almost 200 pages of seamanship and naval tradition by the end of the summer… so, what’s an Irish pennant?

July 31st, 2009 at 10:52 pmI would like to purchase a copy of Reef Points. My friend’s father, who is 89, lost his house in a fire. His copy of Reef Points is a solid mass due to the water applied to the fire.
I have been spending time with him, and it would be great to give him a new copy of it. He was born in 1920 and I’m not sure which years at West Point. His name is Robert A Boscole.
Thanks for your help. Agatha
