The start of the Brigade of Midshipmen Dress Parade at the Naval Academy the day before a Navy vs. Air Force football game. Nearly all of the class, around 4000, participate in the ceremony – it’s done before every home game.

I came across this image while searching the wires for Frontline Photos candidates this morning. While the sight of these Iranian snipers parading in ghullie suits might give a toddler nightmares, I don’t think the notoriously inaccurate AK47s they are toting do much for their image as deadly marksmen.
