Our distinguished colleague, Navy Times senior writer Mark D. Faram, was photographed yesterday with Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (SS/SW) Rick West taking a stroll near the Reflecting Pool on the National Mall. Faram’s bag contains the smallest laptop computer in the Western Hemisphere.
