TROY, Mich. — The Army is partnering with temporary staffing agency Kelly Services Inc. to help reserve soldiers and veterans find jobs.
The Detroit News reports Thursday the alliance with Troy-based Kelly Services will help connect the Army with about 300 public and private employers. Fields include health care, engineering and information technology.
Army spokeswoman Col. Dianna Cleven says about 15 percent of nearly 206,000 reserve soldiers are expected to seek employment under a program known as the Army Reserve Employer Partnership Initiative.
The service also is available to retirees and veterans.
