SAPPORO, Japan (Feb. 2, 2012) - Despite a downpour of snow, Cryptologic Technician Collection Seaman Herschel Moore, a native of Bandera, Texas, and a member of the Navy Misawa Snow Sculpture Team, remains focused as he carefully helps craft a snow bust of "The Lone Sailor." Moore and his team traveled from Naval Air Facility Misawa to Sapporo in order to represent the base during the 63rd Annual Sapporo Snow Festival.
