One of two Ohio National Guardsmen arrested this spring for making terroristic threats has now been charged with illegally making and selling 3D-printed guns.
"The two critical factors are the degree to which the enemy or hostile force caused the wound, and whether the wound was so severe that it required treatment by a medical officer," according to the Army's MILPER message.
The National Guard sergeant had been arrested May 31 over “charges directly related” to his relationship with the soldier he targeted, Story County Sheriff Paul Fitzgerald said.
