The squirmy innards can be slid out with a little effort if you need true 360 degree shine-age, say, when tossing one for a room-clear marker. This also allows you to leave the hard mounted sleeve in place and switch colors or replace a dead V-Lite with a fresh one without remounting it. The marker comes in IR and 3 colors, red, green and blue. They can be ordered as constant-on, flash or both.
If you haven't handled one, the V-Lite is a disposable marking light. It's an LED, switch, battery and circuit board encased in soft, clear silicone.
