INFORCE says the Auto Pistol Light we told you about a couple weeks ago, will hit the street in late-October, 2012. From today's press release:
Emissive Energy Corp. introduces the INFORCE APL Auto Pistol Light with preliminary specifications of 200 lumens of penetrating white light -- enough to illuminate targets and affect a person's night vision. Producing both a tight beam for close- to mid-range applications and balanced peripheral light for discernment of the surrounding area, the run time is approximately 1.5 hours, using a single Lithium 123A battery.
Designed with a straightforward, unique, bilateral and ambidextrous paddle switching system, the INFORCE APL affords left or right hand activation and natural finger movement from the weapon body to the switch to operate its momentary and constant modes.
The INFORCE APL is ultra-light and durable inside and out. High-efficiency LED emitters are virtually immune to failure. Its body, manufactured of fiber composite, has a total length of 3 inches, width of 1.2 inches and weighs only 2.83 oz., including the battery. Color availability: Black. Limited lifetime warranty.
Its integrated rail mounting system is compact, convenient, secure and easy to install without tools, utilizing a proprietary clamping system. The product ships with (2) rail mounting bars that accommodate Glock and MIL-STD-1913 rails.
Initial delivery is expected to be in late October 2012. U.S. and International patents pending.
