Meanwhile, to get you inspired, NBC's, new seven-episode "Spartan: Ultimate Team Challenge" series will pit six teams against each other and a grueling mile-long obstacle course.
Each team consists of two men, two women and a team captain, all of which who must work together to navigate obstacles and cross the finish line.
Expect plenty of Spartan favorites, from barbed wire-snagging mud pits and javelin throws to new twists and body-pounding turns, all culminating with what producers promise will be "one of the most arduous obstacles ever built."
And, of course, as teams progress, the obstacles will just get more punishing.
The show runs airs Mondays at 10 p.m./9 p.m. CST, just after "American Ninja Warrior."
